MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL RIGHTS
By sharing my story to Our China Stories ourchinasstories.com, I/we affirm that I/we own the property shared on the site, and unconditionally give St. Edward’s University its successors and assigns, permission to digitize, host, and publish online all uploaded items in perpetuity.
I/we understand that materials hosted by St. Edward’s University are freely accessible to use in research, teaching (including distribution to classes), and private study. For these uses people may reproduce materials (print, make copies, or download) from the Our China Stories site without prior permission, on the condition that they properly cite and attribute the source of materials and all copies.
I/we understand that reproduction of Our China Stories materials for publication, broadcast, or commercial use requires my/our written permission.
